About this role
Your job: Development of electronic hardware design for electric automation systems in collaboration with other project members (mechanic engineers, firmware developers, etc.); Development of analog and digital hardware circuits from design phase to production release; Layout supervision from first scratch to series production considering EMC conform design; Debugging and testing with a hands-on mentality; Product care of existing product portfolio to ensure long term availability, competitive production cost, quality and producibility; Continuous monitoring of developments and trends in the semiconductor market; Development, build-up and setup of prototypes as well as coordination and execution of functional tests; Active collaboration in comprehensive committees along the development process (project teams, FMEA, etc.). Technical Competencies and Requirements: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Communications or similar field; Excellent written and spoken English; Very good command of MS Office; Experience with SAP will be considered as an advantage. Professional Competencies and Requirements: Proven practical experience in Electronic design at least 3 years; Introduction of serial production/mass realised for develop product will be considered as a serious advantage; Knowledge of common industrial Ethernet interfaces would be beneficial; Good knowledge in microcontroller system and analog electronics; Experience with Cadence Allegro or similar tools will be considered as a strong advantage.
