YOUR TASKS Supervising the exception handling process within the branch (claims and service disruptions) Coordinating the work of the Claims and Service Disruptions Team (Domestic Operations Team) Minimizing the quality and financial impact of process-related issues Maintaining accurate documentation related to exceptions, disposal, and destruction processes Organizing official parcel opening procedures conducted by a designated committee Handling inquiries and maintaining contact with customers, carriers, and couriers within the assigned scope to ensure the highest quality of service and resolve operational issues efficiently.
