• Assemble motors, fans, propellers, and structural components to specification. • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions. • Verify dimensions and quality before final release. • Perform final inspections and run testing of completed units. • Use hand tools, power tools, and overhead cranes (training provided). • Maintain a safe, organized work environment. Qualifications
• Mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience. • Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings. • Experience using hand and power tools. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Heat exchanger, industrial equipment, or electrical assembly experience is a plus.
