Job Title: Operator Cell Assembly Department (Multiple Shifts)Job DescriptionThis role focuses on operating production machinery in the Cell Assembly Department within a clean room environment. Operators support manufacturing by running equipment, handling basic packaging tasks, and moving parts and boxes throughout the plant. The position offers multiple shift options, including day, night, and weekday shifts, with a consistent 12hour or standard full-time schedule in a highly organized, temperature-controlled facility.Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery in the Cell Assembly Department according to established procedures and safety guidelines. • Monitor machine performance, identify basic issues, and promptly report any malfunctions or irregularities to appropriate personnel. • Perform standard machine setup, operation, and shutdown tasks to support continuous and efficient production. • Handle basic packaging activities, including organizing, packing, and preparing finished parts and products for movement or shipment. • Move parts, materials, and boxes around the plant, including between buildings and across different areas of the facility, as needed. • Follow clean room protocols, including proper gowning procedures and use of required protective equipment. • Maintain an organized work area and support 5S practices to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient production environment. • Adhere to all workplace safety rules, including correct use of PPE and safe handling of materials and equipment. • Work effectively within a rotating or fixed shift schedule, including every other weekend, to meet production demands. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and quality standards. • Accurately follow written and verbal instructions, production work orders, and standard operating procedures. Essential Skills

• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience, demonstrating familiarity with production environments and processes. • Consistent work history with a minimum of 9 months tenure at each previous job. • Ability to maintain continuous employment without gaps longer than 30 days. • Capability to perform general labor tasks, including standing for extended periods and moving materials around the plant. • Willingness and ability to work in a clean room environment while wearing required PPE such as gowns and beard nets when applicable. • Comfort working 12-hour shifts on rotating schedules or standard weekday shifts as assigned. • Reliability and punctuality to support stable production operations. • Attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality procedures. • Basic understanding of production and machine operation processes. Work takes place primarily in a clean room department that is meticulously maintained, temperature controlled, and brightly lit. Operators wear appropriate PPE, including clean room garb and beard nets when applicable, to meet strict cleanliness and safety standards. The workplace strongly emphasizes 5S practices, promoting organization, cleanliness, and efficiency. Shifts include 12-hour rotating schedules (such as 4:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 4:45 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. with a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off pattern) where employees work every other weekend, as well as weekday shifts from 5:15 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The environment is structured, safety-focused, and designed to support high-volume production. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
