Job Posting: Picker & Packer | New Jersey Position: Picker & PackerLocation: New JerseyShift: 2nd Shift (Starts at 4:30 PM, End Time Based on Workload)Schedule: Monday to Friday (Friday Mandatory) Job Responsibilities
• Pick and select orders accurately using paper pick tickets. • Pack products and prepare orders for shipment. • Build, stack, and wrap pallets according to order requirements. • Inspect produce for quality, freshness, and accuracy. • Operate an electric pallet jack safely and efficiently. • Load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse. • Assist with receiving, shipping, and inventory activities. • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow sanitation procedures. • Follow company safety policies and warehouse procedures at all times. Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of Electric Pallet Jack experience. • Experience in order selecting, picking, packing, and pallet building. • Ability to lift 50-60 lbs consistently and up to 70 lbs occasionally. • Previous warehouse experience required. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment (33°F to 55°F). • Reliable transportation and strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications
• Produce, food distribution, or cold storage warehouse experience. • Experience using RF scanners. • Forklift experience. • Shipping & receiving experience. • Inventory management knowledge. • Palletizing and warehouse logistics experience. Why Apply?

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burlington, NJ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
