Job Title: Cleanroom Production OperatorJob DescriptionThe Cleanroom Production Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe manufacturing of cartridges and reagent kit components by adhering to cGMP and ISO standards. This position involves assembly line work where you will follow manufacturing SOPs, organize and maintain the work area, operate manufacturing line equipment, and review completed manufacturing records for quality release. You will also be expected to maintain a safe work environment, resolve line issues, and suggest improvements.Responsibilities
• Follow cGMP and ISO standards or guidelines in manufacturing. • Assemble cartridges and reagent kit components. • Organize and maintain the floor area and supplies used during work. • Work independently and as part of an assembly line team. • Maintain a safe work environment with respect to chemicals and equipment. • Resolve line issues and suggest improvements. • Operate all manufacturing line equipment. • Adhere to manufacturing schedule and complete work orders promptly. • Review completed device manufacturing records and work orders, correct errors, and submit documentation for quality release. • Serve as a role model for cGMP manufacturing. • Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned. Essential Skills
• Experience in production, assembly, cleanroom, and packaging. • Familiarity with SOPs and GMP standards. • 6 months of manufacturing experience. • High school diploma. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in fast food or retail industries can be beneficial. • Experience in medical device manufacturing. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
