Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianDecatur, AL$28-30/hr based on experience Night shift (7pm-7am)(must be able to train on days)Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team on the night shift. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in industrial maintenance and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical and electrical systems.Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment. • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before downtime occurs. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. • Replace or repair motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, and other components. • Perform basic welding and fabrication as needed. • Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety protocols. • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
