You will lead a skilled maintenance team while ensuring equipment uptime, employee safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a maintenance team in a high-volume manufacturing facility • Manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs • Oversee troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems • Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime through continuous improvement initiatives • Support installation, startup, and optimization of new production equipment • Manage maintenance projects, capital improvements, and equipment upgrades • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food manufacturing standards • Review maintenance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve performance • Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and reporting • Collaborate with operations leadership to maximize production performance Qualifications Required
• 6+ years of maintenance management experience within a manufacturing environment • Strong leadership experience managing maintenance personnel and plant maintenance operations • Advanced electrical and mechanical troubleshooting expertise • Experience working with: • Three-phase motors • 120V-480V electrical systems • PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs • Pneumatic and hydraulic systems • Automated production and packaging equipment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings • Proven ability to improve equipment reliability and maintenance performance • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Preferred
