Production Operator Manufacturing | Material Handling | Equipment OperationWe are seeking reliable Production Operators to support production, material handling, packaging, and equipment operation in a clean manufacturing environment. • Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently. • Load, unload, move, and transfer materials throughout the facility. • Support material handling and warehouse operations. • Perform basic equipment inspections and minor maintenance tasks. • Complete production records and maintain accurate documentation. • Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and production areas. • Assist with inventory management and product movement as needed. • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures. • Work across multiple departments to support operational needs. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Qualifications
• Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. • Strong work ethic with dependable attendance. • Ability to follow work instructions, policies, and safety procedures. • Mechanical aptitude preferred. • Forklift, material handling, or machine operation experience is a plus. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
