Responsabilidades: Operar maquinaria para el llenado y producción de salchichas. Seguir estándares de calidad y seguridad alimentaria. Limpiar y sanitizar equipos entre cambios de producto y al finalizar la jornada. Cumplir con las normas GMP y procedimientos de saneamiento. Apoyar en otras tareas de producción según las necesidades operativas.
Requisitos: Experiencia previa en producción de alimentos, manufactura o procesamiento de carne (preferida). Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de ritmo rápido. Atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad. Capacidad para estar de pie durante largos períodos y levantar hasta 50 libras.
