• Operate cutting-edge automated and robotic production equipment • Work hands-on with semiconductor fabrication tools (wafer & panel processing) • Load materials, monitor production, and ensure quality output • Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting • Keep production running smoothly while meeting performance goals What You Bring
• 1+ year of recent machine operation experience in manufacturing • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to stay focused and productive during 12-hour shifts • Cleanroom experience? Thats a big plus! Physical Requirements

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
