Key Responsibilities
• Machine Setup & Operation Set up, operate, and monitor molding equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production. • Equipment Adjustments & Changeovers Perform machine changeovers, make process adjustments, and assist with routine preventative maintenance. • Product Quality Assurance Conduct inspections, verify product specifications, and maintain accurate production documentation. • Automated Quality Systems Utilize leak detection and laser coding equipment to ensure product compliance and consistency. • Material Handling Safely move raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanning technology. • Safety & Compliance Follow all PPE requirements and safety procedures while helping maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Continuous Improvement Support training efforts, collaborate with team members, and contribute ideas to improve operations. Qualifications:
• Previous manufacturing or production experience • Machine operation experience with strong mechanical aptitude • Ability to use hand tools and production equipment effectively • Experience with packaging, assembly, or material handling processes • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety • Plastic or injection molding experience preferred • Forklift certification or operating experience preferred • Food-grade manufacturing experience preferred Why Join Our Team?

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO 80239. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
