Job Title: 1st Shift Robot Welder/OperatorJob DescriptionThe role requires an individual with strong attention to detail who can read Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and efficiently load parts into fixtures, close clamps, and unload the robot. A basic mechanical aptitude or experience in manufacturing around CNC machines is essential, along with some basic welding skills. Responsibilities include loading and unloading the robot welder, tack welding, and overhead crane operation. Responsibilities • Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Load parts into fixtures and close clamps. • Unload the robot welder. • Perform some tack welding tasks. • Operate an overhead crane. • Ensure precision and attention to detail in all tasks. Essential Skills • Basic mechanical aptitude. • Experience in manufacturing or around CNC machines. • Ability to read SOPs, spot weld, and interpret blueprints. • Experience with welding tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Familiarity with production and general labor tasks. • Experience in crane operation. • Knowledge of CNC machine operation. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bedford, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.63 - $20.13/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
