Material Handler- Pay up to $21.09/hr- IN. Location: Castleton, IN Pay: up to 21.09/hrShift: 1st- 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, (Monday to Friday)- $18.50/hr 2nd- 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, (Monday to Friday)- $20.35/hr 3rd- 9:15 PM to 6:00 AM, (Sunday to Thursday)- $21.09/hrKey Responsibilities
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies. • Operate RF scanners for inventory and order tracking. • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse. • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records. • Prepare packages, labels, and shipping documentation. • Stock inventory and distribute materials to production areas. • Follow warehouse safety procedures and standard operating practices. • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment when authorized. Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent. • Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience. • Experience with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. • Basic English communication skills. • Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift. Preferred Qualifications
• RF scanner experience. • Forklift operation experience. • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel). • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. • Basic math skills for inventory and shipping tasks. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.09/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
