Responsibilities
• Assemble wire harnesses, cables, and electrical components to engineering specifications • Perform soldering, crimping, wire termination, and connector installation • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and assembly drawings • Cut, strip, and prepare wire and cable materials • Install labels, heat shrink, ty-wraps, and related hardware • Use hand tools, stripping machines, and assembly fixtures • Complete production documentation and maintain quality records • Follow IPC and manufacturing workmanship standards • Support a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment Qualifications
• Previous wire harness, cable assembly, electronic assembly, or electromechanical assembly experience • Experience with soldering and crimping • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions • Familiarity with IPC-620, IPC-610, or related industry standards is preferred • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to work in a production environment and meet delivery goals Why Join Us?
