Responsibilities
• Perform precision assembly of electro-mechanical components using hand tools and electronic test equipment • Work under a microscope to assemble and inspect small, detailed components • Complete soldering, cabling, wiring, and component installation tasks • Troubleshoot assembly and process issues alongside engineering and production teams • Use tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, calipers, and other testing equipment • Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and throughput • Train and assist team members as needed Qualifications
• 5+ years of assembly, repair, troubleshooting, manufacturing, or technical experience preferred • Experience with soldering and working on electrical or electronic assemblies • Ability to read and follow technical documentation • Familiarity with hand tools and electronic test equipment • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Experience in regulated manufacturing, lean manufacturing, or quality-driven environments is a plus Schedule
• Day shift starting at 6:00 AM • Rotating schedule between: • 5 days x 8 hours • 4 days x 10 hours
