• Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to batch sheets and customer recipes. • Follow detailed production instructions to ensure product consistency and quality. • Operate mixing equipment and monitor batches throughout the production process. • Document production information and maintain accurate batch records. • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. • Stage ingredients and raw materials for production runs. • Clean and sanitize equipment, tanks, and work areas. • Follow all safety, quality, and GMP procedures. • Work closely with production and packaging teams to meet daily production goals. Qualifications
• Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, beverage production, mixing, blending, or machine operation preferred. • Ability to follow detailed recipes and written instructions. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Basic math skills and measuring abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Must be reliable with a strong work ethic. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
