Job Title: General Warehouse WorkerJob DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and reliable General Warehouse Worker to join our team. This position involves working the 1st shift from Monday to Friday, with hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM from Monday to Thursday, and 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM on Friday. You will play a vital role in our operations, ensuring the smooth processing of orders and inventory management.Responsibilities
• Arrive daily ready to contribute to warehouse operations. • Engage in general picking and packing of orders. • Perform inventory counting, managing quantities of up to 20-30. • Utilize iPads or computers for shipping systems and order processing. • Lift pieces of metal weighing 50-60 pounds as needed. Essential Skills
• Experience with inventory management, picking, and packaging. • Proficiency in using RF scanners and handling orders. • Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes. • Ability to operate forklifts and handle material efficiently. • General labor skills, including the use of pallet jacks and labeling. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in the metal industry is advantageous. • Prior forklift operating experience is desirable.
