Medical Assembler | 1st & 2nd ShiftJoin a leading medical device manufacturer assembling precision components used in life-changing medical products. This is a hands-on role working with very small parts, microscopes, and specialized equipment in a clean, modern manufacturing environment.Shift Options:
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM OR 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM OR 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM • Schedules may be Monday-Thursday (4x10s) or Monday-Friday, depending on department and shift. Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble, inspect, and finish small medical device components • Work with parts as small as a pen tip • Use microscopes for assembly and inspection throughout the shift • Operate coil winding, molding, laser welding, stamping, and other production equipment • Perform quality checks and follow detailed work instructions • Use small hand tools including tweezers, pliers, files, knives, and small wrenches • Work in cleanroom and non-cleanroom production areas • Cross-train across multiple departments and processes Qualifications:
• 6+ months of assembly, manufacturing, medical device, or small-parts experience • Microscope experience preferred • Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail • Ability to work with very small components and repetitive tasks • Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods • Ability to follow written instructions and quality procedures Important: This position involves constant work with very small parts and regular microscope use, which are major components of the job. Candidates must be comfortable performing detailed assembly and inspection work under magnification for extended periods.Why Apply?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.53/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
