This is a fast-paced role, where you will be assembling a high volume of parts without the need for heavy lifting. The job requires standing for the entire shift and working with your hands. Responsibilities • Use hand tools to assemble small parts for electrical equipment. • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to assemble a high volume of parts. • Ensure accuracy and quality in all assemblies by following schematics and drawings. Essential Skills • Ability to read and understand schematics and drawings. • Mechanical assembly skills. • Basic understanding of electronics. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Good attitude and consistent attendance. • Desire to work with hands and build things. • No prior experience required, making it a great entry-level opportunity. • Comfortable standing for the duration of the shift. • Ability to perform repetitive work while maintaining quality. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Post Falls, ID. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
