💊 Package Operator II | Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Position: Package Operator IIEmployment Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Pharmaceutical ManufacturingShift Options:
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM • Weekend overtime required as needed (1-2 Saturdays per month) Key Responsibilities
• Inspect medicine bottles to ensure proper fill levels and product quality. • Package, label, and prepare pharmaceutical products for distribution. • Operate packaging and production equipment according to SOPs. • Perform visual inspections to identify defects and maintain quality standards. • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company policies. • Complete required documentation accurately and timely. • Learn and operate multiple packaging lines and equipment. • Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile work area. • Support production goals while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required. • Previous experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, packaging, or production environments preferred. • Ability to understand and follow SOPs and GMP regulations. • Strong attention to detail and quality. • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting. • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience as a Packaging Operator, Filling Operator, or Production Operator. • Knowledge of GMP and FDA-regulated environments. • Machine operation experience. • Cleanroom or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience. • Experience with quality inspections and production documentation. Work Environment
• Climate-controlled, clean, and sterile pharmaceutical facility. • Required PPE includes lab coats, hair nets, shoe covers, and scrubs. • Employees work in a GMP-compliant cleanroom environment. • Team-oriented environment focused on quality, safety, and compliance.
