Job Title: CarpenterJob DescriptionThis role focuses on dismantling and reconstructing structural elements, including walls and decks, and performing reframing work as part of remodeling and construction projects. You will apply your carpentry expertise to ensure structures are safe, accurate, and built to specification.Responsibilities
• Take apart existing walls and decks in a safe and controlled manner • Reframe walls and decks according to project requirements and building standards • Perform general carpentry tasks as part of construction and remodeling projects • Interpret and work from blueprints and construction plans to complete assigned work • Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials to build or repair structural components • Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and structural integrity standards • Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after projects • Collaborate with other construction team members to complete projects efficiently • Arrive on site reliably and on time, prepared to work each scheduled day Essential Skills
• Hands-on experience in carpentry, including structural work on walls and decks • Proficiency in framing techniques for residential or commercial structures • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings • Experience in construction and remodeling environments • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship • Reliability and consistent punctuality • Ability to follow safety procedures and use tools and equipment correctly Additional Skills & Qualifications
