We are seeking experienced Weld Technicians to perform MIG welding and related fabrication tasks on mild steel and stainless steel. This role offers strong long-term growth potential, a climatecontrolled facility, and opportunities for advancement.Responsibilities
• Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel components • Prep and fabricate materials including tack welding, sanding, grinding, and layout work • Inspect welded components to ensure quality and accuracy • Maintain welding equipment and restock consumables as needed • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-production environment Required Skills
• Proficiency in welding processes: SAW, MIG, TIG, OxyAcetylene • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings • Experience with large-diameter rolling and overhead crane operation • Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation • Familiarity with welding automation and Lean Manufacturing concepts Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
