Now Hiring: Welder/Fabricator - Carlisle, PA Position Overview We're seeking skilled welders with strong fabrication experience to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be capable of reading blueprints, fabricating components, and performing high-quality MIG welding on heavy steel structures.Schedule 2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Four-day work week Optional overtime available on Fridays and SaturdaysQualifications
• 3+ years of MIG and/or Flux Core welding experience • Strong fabrication and blueprint reading skills • Ability to accurately read tape measures and use shop tools • Mechanical aptitude and experience working with heavy steel materials • TIG welding experience is a plus • Trade school or Vo-Tech training preferred Why Join Our Team?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $28.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
