Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician maintains and repairs mechanical and electrical components of production equipment and systems, including linear baggers and other processing equipment. This role focuses on troubleshooting and servicing high and low voltage electrical systems, mechanical assemblies, and PLC-controlled equipment while ensuring all work meets Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and supports safe, reliable, and efficient production operations.Responsibilities
• Perform maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical components of production equipment and systems, including linear baggers and other processing machinery. • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues such as gear boxes, servo motors, and variable frequency drives (VFDs). • Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including both high and low voltage equipment, to minimize downtime and ensure safe operation. • Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment and related control systems. • Conduct preventive maintenance on production and processing equipment to improve reliability and extend equipment life. • Perform basic maintenance tasks across all processing equipment as needed. • Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness in accordance with GMP standards and regulatory requirements. • Support safe work practices, including proper handling of electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Lebanon, IN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85280.00/yr.
