Job Title: AssemblerJob DescriptionThe Assembler will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting electrical panels and circuit boards. This includes soldering and packaging finished products. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions accurately, basic computer skills, and the capability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities • Assemble electrical panels and circuit boards. • Test and inspect assembled products. • Solder and package finished products. • Follow detailed instructions to ensure quality and accuracy. • Utilize basic computer skills for documentation purposes. • Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. Essential Skills • 1 year of assembly and/or soldering experience. • Ability to read and interpret schematics. • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. • Experience in electronic assembly. Work EnvironmentWork on the 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The manufacturing environment requires the use of hand tools and power tools, following a casual dress code. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oak Creek, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
