About this role
Welder -- $20-$30 per hour -- First Shift As a Welder, you will perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding on various metals, interpreting blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. You will set up and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently, inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify defects, and ensure quality standards are met. Additionally, you will measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding, perform basic maintenance on welding equipment and work areas, follow all safety procedures and company policies, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.Responsibilities
• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding on various metals. • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. • Set up and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently. • Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met. • Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding. • Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment and work areas. • Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and applicable regulations. • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel to meet production goals. • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation as required. • Assist with fabrication, assembly, and other production tasks. Essential Skills
• Previous welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment. • Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and measuring instruments. • Proficiency with MIG welding. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Basic math and problem-solving skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
