Now Hiring: Mechanical Assemblers & Test Technicians | Phoenix, AZ Area We are seeking skilled Mechanical Assemblers and Test Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in the Phoenix area. Responsibilities:
• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components using engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions • Perform functional testing, inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure products meet quality standards • Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and test equipment • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturing documentation • Identify and resolve assembly or quality issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives • Maintain accurate production and testing records • Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures • Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Qualifications:
• Previous experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, aviation, maintenance, military, or industrial environments • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documentation • Experience performing testing, troubleshooting, inspections, and quality verification • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Leadership, mentoring, or training experience is a plus Preferred Backgrounds:
