Production Associate
• Perform repetitive packaging tasks, maintaining consistent quality and speed throughout the shift. • Use plastic wrapping to securely wrap products according to established standards. • Assemble boxes, place wrapped products into boxes, and prepare them for shipment. • Load packaged boxes onto conveyors or trucks for outbound shipping. • Work in teams of three, coordinating tasks to keep production and packaging moving efficiently. • Maintain a fast-paced workflow while following all safety and production guidelines. • Use hand tools and basic power tools as needed for packaging and mechanical assembly tasks. • Support general production activities, including assembly line work and machine operation related to packaging. • Handle shipping and receiving duties associated with packaging and manufacturing processes. • Lift and move products and boxes weighing up to 40 pounds as part of routine tasks. • Demonstrate strong hand-eye coordination to perform precise and repetitive packaging activities. • Follow training instructions carefully, progressing to full proficiency within the typical two-week training period. Essential Skills
• High school diploma or GED. • At least 1 year of production or manufacturing experience. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive production and assembly environment. • Strong hand-eye coordination for consistent and accurate packaging tasks. • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis. • Comfort using hand tools and basic power tools in a manufacturing setting. • Reliability and teamwork skills to work effectively in teams of three. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete training within approximately two weeks. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Perrysburg, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.55 - $18.55/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
