• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems • Diagnose issues with automated and PLC-controlled equipment • Work with conveyors, motors, production machinery, and facility equipment • Read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings • Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects • Complete maintenance documentation and repair records • Prioritize daily maintenance tasks and respond to equipment breakdowns Ideal Experience
• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment • Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment • Ability to work with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and automated systems • Familiarity with PLCs and industrial controls • Comfortable reading schematics and blueprints • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Why Join Us?
