What You'll Do
• Assemble electrical switchgear and power distribution equipment. • Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools. • Install and wire electrical components according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. • Complete panel wiring, crimping, routing, and termination of electrical connections. • Inspect assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy. • Work as part of a production team to meet daily manufacturing goals. • Follow safety, quality, and production standards. What We're Looking For
• Previous mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, manufacturing, or production experience. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or wiring diagrams. • Experience using hand and power tools. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift. • Reliable work history and strong attendance. Preferred Experience
• Electrical wiring or panel-building experience. • Switchgear, control panel, or industrial equipment assembly experience. • Manufacturing or fabrication experience. Why Apply? Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.55 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
