Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician experienced in working with instrumentation devices such as thermocouples, motor tachometers, temperature controllers, and pressure transducers. The ideal candidate will be adept at installing electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation devices according to diagrams and schematics. You must be proficient in the use of multimeters, oscilloscopes, and machine-specific instrumentation to ensure proper operation of equipment.Responsibilities
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and adjust electrical and mechanical equipment, instrumentation devices, and related information systems. • Install electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation devices following diagrams and schematics • Ensure proper operation of equipment using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and machine-specific instrumentation. • Experience with 480v systems and replacing components as needed. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in the plastic industry. • 480v troubleshooting experience. • Knowledge of DC motors, drives, and heater circuits. • Experience in heater controls.
