Job Title: Technology ProductionJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated general production workers to join our team, with openings for Digital Operators, Warehouse Clerks, and PE Assemblers. These roles involve operating machinery, managing inventory, and assembling electronic components, ensuring high-quality production in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities
• Operate and maintain digital printing presses and related equipment to produce custom graphics and overlays. • Complete work orders within software, assign bin locations, label and physically place inventory. • Maintain inventory cycle counts, verify inventory, and pull orders for shipping. Essential Skills
• Experience in production, screen printing, assembly, and machine operation. • Attention to detail and ability to work in a cleanroom environment. • Proficiency in inspection and use of hand tools. • Knowledge of quality control and general production processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Preferred experience from companies such as Metallics, Northern Engraving, and Empire Screen Printing. The environment is climate-controlled, clean, and ear protection is available for loud machines. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Crosse, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
