Job Title: Machine OperatorJob DescriptionThis role involves setting up and operating large plate saws and band saws to cut aluminum products to precise customer specifications. You will handle material throughout the production process, perform accurate measurements and inspections, and ensure all equipment and work areas remain safe, clean, and well organized.Responsibilities
• Set up and operate large plate saws and band saws to cut aluminum products according to work order specifications. • Enter dimensions and material information into the plate saw to complete easy, automated setups for aluminum cutting. • Apply metal to customer orders and process material accurately based on detailed work orders. • Operate a sit-down forklift to transport finished materials safely within the warehouse and production area. • Use an overhead crane to move large pieces of metal upon completion of cutting operations. • Utilize weigh scales to record inspection measurements and ensure accurate documentation. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40955.20 - $55411.20/yr.
