Welder (MIG/TIG) - Entry Level Now Hiring: Entry-Level WeldersWe are seeking motivated individuals interested in building a welding career in a structural steel fabrication environment. • $19.30 - $20.30 per hour • Overtime opportunities may be available Schedule
• Monday - Friday • 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM • Day shift Responsibilities
• Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on structural steel components • Complete TIG welding tasks as needed • Read and follow work instructions, basic blueprints, and weld symbols • Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy • Operate and maintain welding equipment safely • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements • Work with supervisors and team members to meet production goals Qualifications
• MIG welding experience preferred • TIG welding experience is a plus • Ability to work with structural steel materials • Basic blueprint or weld symbol reading skills preferred • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Reliable attendance and willingness to learn Work Environment
• Industrial fabrication and manufacturing setting • Hands-on work with structural steel and welding equipment • Safety-focused environment requiring welding helmet, gloves, and protective clothing Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greeley, CO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.30 - $20.30/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
