Job Title: Mechanical Assembler We're looking for experienced Mechanical Assemblers to join our growing team. If you have experience with mechanical assembly, blueprint reading, hand and power tools, quality inspections, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do
• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies using hand and power tools • Follow blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and SOPs • Perform quality inspections and functional testing • Troubleshoot assembly and production issues • Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives • Train and mentor junior assemblers when needed • Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet manufacturing goals • Maintain a safe and organized work area What We're Looking For
• 1+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment • Quality-focused with strong attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Ideal Backgrounds

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods • Lift and move up to 35 lbs. • Manual dexterity for detailed assembly work Schedule
• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM • 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 3:30 AM • Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM Multiple shifts available to fit different schedules. Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
