• Assemble small battery parts by following clear, step-by-step instructions • Use basic tools to complete battery assembly work • Double-check your work to ensure everything is put together correctly • Help test batteries to make sure they work as expected • Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe • Report any issues or concerns to your team • Work with others to meet daily production goals Shift:
• 8:30AM - 5:00PM ( Monday - Friday) Essential Skills
• No previous experience required • Comfortable working with your hands and small components • Individuals who enjoy precision-based work, such as crafting, building PCs, sewing, jewelry making, nail artistry, electronics, or similar hobbies and experiences, may be a great fit • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks • Good attention to detail • Ability to follow directions • Team player with a reliable work ethic • Basic computer skills are a plus Additional Skills & Qualifications

Employees work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and must comply with all cleanroom and PPE requirements, including wearing smocks, hair nets, beard nets, and shoe covers. The environment emphasizes Good Manufacturing Practices, adherence to written procedures, and consistent use of computers and basic hand tools to support precise, high-quality production work. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Homestead, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
