What You'll Do
• Set up and operate extrusion machines according to production requirements • Load raw materials and monitor machine performance throughout production runs • Adjust machine settings such as temperature, speed, and pressure to maintain product quality • Inspect finished products for defects and dimensional accuracy • Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine repairs • Complete production and quality documentation • Assist with changeovers and material handling as needed • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment • Experience with extrusion equipment or similar industrial machinery • Ability to read basic blueprints and production specifications • Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills • Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production setting Why Join Our Team?

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hickory, NC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
