Maintenance Technician | Up to $32+/hr | Direct Hire Location: Reading, PA Shift: 2nd Shift (3PM-11PM) or 3rd Shift (11PM-7AM) Pay: $26.17/hr + $5/hr Shift Differential & IncentivesWe're hiring a Maintenance Technician for a stable, growing manufacturing facility in Reading, PA. • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems • Repair and maintain production machinery • Assist with facility maintenance projects • Cross-train in maintenance and roll grinding operations Qualifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude • Experience with industrial maintenance or technical maintenance schooling • Electrical experience with 3-phase / 480V systems • Valid driver's license Preferred Skills:
• Welding (MIG/Stick) • Hydraulics & pneumatics • PLC troubleshooting • Machine repair • Roll grinding experience Schedule
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3PM-11PM • 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 11PM-7AM • Training completed on 1st Shift (7AM-3PM) Open to recent graduates with Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Maintenance, or Mechatronics training.
