Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking a qualified 3rd shift Maintenance Technician to become an integral part of our esteemed team. This position is essential to ensuring the efficient operation of our diverse range of machinery and equipment, including saws, cutters, sanders, dust collectors, molders, CNC machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, pneumatic nailers, and air compressors.Responsibilities
• Perform both preventative and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance across equipment operating at voltages up to 480V 3-phase. • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex systems while adhering to safety standards and best practices. • Maintain a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in their work. Essential Skills
• 3+ years of Industrial Multi-craft Maintenance Experience. • 3+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and pumps. • 3+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience up to 480V 3-phase, including LOTO, voltmeter, and schematics. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goshen, IN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
