Aviation Quality Inspector Pay: $21.00 - $28.00/hr + Overtime (1.5x)Location: Centennial, COSchedule: Full-Time, On-SiteContract-to-Hire Why This Opportunity? Responsibilities
• Perform receiving, in-process, first article, and final inspections on aerospace components and assemblies • Verify product compliance against engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, work instructions, and customer requirements • Conduct dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, and other precision measuring equipment • Review documentation, inspection records, and quality reports for accuracy and completeness • Identify, document, and communicate non-conforming materials and products • Support root cause investigations and corrective actions related to quality concerns • Verify compliance with AS9100, AS9102, FAA, and customer-specific quality requirements • Participate in First Article Inspections (FAI) and maintain detailed inspection records • Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met • Maintain strict adherence to documentation and quality control procedures Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of quality inspection experience in aerospace, aviation, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing environments • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) • Experience using precision measuring equipment • Strong understanding of quality control and inspection processes • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic quality management systems • Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy • Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications
• AS9100 and AS9102 experience • FAA-regulated manufacturing experience • ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) • FAA A&P License • Experience with aerospace quality systems such as SAP, Solumina, or Net-Inspect • Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing, assembly, machining, or defense production environments Benefits & Perks
