Job Title: Food Services WorkerJob DescriptionThe Food Services Worker supports daily kitchen operations by preparing simple menu items, assembling sandwiches and wraps, and maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing and food preparation area. This role offers flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time shifts, including mornings, lunch hours, evenings, and weekends.Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook basic menu items such as chicken tenders, burgers, sandwiches, and wraps according to established recipes and standards. • Assist with general food preparation tasks, including portioning ingredients, assembling menu items, and ensuring proper food presentation. • Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools, ensuring items are sanitized and ready for use. • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, dishwashing area, and food preparation spaces, including regular cleaning of surfaces and equipment. • Follow instructions from kitchen leadership and adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winona, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
