• Cut wires to specified lengths while accurately reading and using a tape measure. • Stage cords on a tow line to keep production moving efficiently through the assembly process. • Use a variety of hand tools to strip insulation from wire ends and prepare materials for assembly. • Crimp copper and other connectors onto wires to meet quality and production standards. • Assist with wire placement in assembly jigs and support the molding process used to install plugs on cord sets. • Perform assembly line tasks with attention to detail, safety, and product quality. • Work as part of a supportive team in a clean, steady, and employee-friendly production environment. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Lancaster, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
