About this role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised DSL/Attendance Lead to play a key role in supporting pupil welfare, attendance and the smooth operation of the school. The successful candidate will lead attendance monitoring and reporting, work closely with pupils, families and external agencies to improve attendance outcomes, and provide administrative support across safeguarding, SEND, examinations and school operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional with strong communication, organisational and data management skills who is committed to promoting positive outcomes for children and young people.
