Responsibilities: -Line cooking and being in charge in all food preparation in the section -Preparing personalized meals for customers with special requirements - diet menus -Coordinate work of trainees -Able to Work in any section of the kitchen
We are looking for candidates who: -Are very well organized and structured -Are flexible, open minded, independent and keen to develop their skills further -Have organization skills -Able to work whilst in a busy environment -Communicatively in English
Requirements: -Experience in a similar or same position is expected -Strong interpersonal skills, and hard working person -High end cooking experience is essential -Casual cooking and catering experience is essential -Knowledge of international cuisines -Candidates must have a deep understanding of and interest in cultural diversity -Dedication to the ongoing development and excellence of Institut auf dem Rosenberg and a commitment to the school's values and ethos. -Are resident in Switzerland, hold a valid Swiss work permit, or are citizens of EU/EFTA member states
