About this role
Manage a planning stream within a pod (up to 7–8 people, max 9), ensuring alignment with business goals and pod-level strategy Ensure team effectiveness, workflow quality, and adherence to deadlines Maintain deep involvement across all RFPs/RFIs handled by the team Oversee task distribution, prioritization, and workload balancing Manage handoffs and collaboration with Client Services and MPO Lead hiring, interviews, and onboarding of new team members Conduct performance reviews and career development planning Identify and escalate team capacity or performance risks
