About this role
We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to join our People & Culture team in Belgrade. AI Digital is growing quickly, and so is the complexity of our People Operations landscape. We work with employees and contractors across multiple countries and legal entities, using different employment models and external providers. As the company scales, we’re expanding the team to strengthen day-to-day People Operations and continue improving the processes behind them. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate employee data across HRIS and other People systems. Prepare and coordinate HR documentation across different legal entities. Support employee lifecycle changes, including updates to roles, compensation, and employment status. Coordinate document signing and ensure employee records are complete, accurate, and well organized. Support relocation and immigration-related processes, including residence permits and work authorization. Maintain HR trackers, reports, and operational data. Support employees and contractors across different engagement models. Partner with People Partners, People Coordinators, Finance, payroll providers, and other external partners. Contribute to the upcoming HRIS transition and help ensure a smooth migration of employee data and processes.
