Job summary Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Estates and Property team. Maintaining accurate property, asset and estates records, including leases, plans, surveys and compliance documentation. Supporting the management and upkeep of property and asset databases, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date. Assisting with property searches, estate projects and contract mobilisations, including liaising with landlords and managing agents. Acting as a key point of contact for estates-related enquiries from colleagues, contractors, tenants and external stakeholders. Delivering a high standard of customer service across the estates function and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Providing support to the purchasing service desk, including monitoring shared inboxes and responding to enquiries when required. Handling sensitive business and property information with professionalism and confidentiality. Supporting wider estates and procurement activities and undertaking additional duties as required.
Main duties of the job As an Estates Property Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the Estates and Property function. Working closely with the Estates Property Manager, you'll provide administrative and operational support, maintain accurate property and asset records, and help coordinate property mobilisations. Person Specification
Qualifications Desirable
GSCE pass in Maths and English or equivalent
Experience Desirable
Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or support role, ideally within estates, property, facilities or a similar environment.
