We are looking for a nurse, with experience in treatment room procedures with practice nurse skills being of benefit, including cervical cytology, immunisations, wound care, contraception etc.
St Neots PCN has a great Nursing/AHP team with a wide range of skills, we have a good support network and offer different training opportunities.
Please note that this role is offered at 30 hours per week.
The salary range is £24,981.08 - £29,269.82 per annum
The full-time equivalent (FTE) salary range is £31,229.10 - £36,587.79 per annum.

Main duties of the job
The purpose of the Practice Nurse is to deliver safe, high quality primary care nursing services to the practices population. Working within the NMC Code of Conduct and professional boundaries, the post holder will deliver primary health care interventions and care. The post holder will support service development, the safe delivery of policy and procedures, and demonstrate effective professional nurse standards, advocacy and performance.

Experience Essential
Willingness to undertake training and education to achieve core skills and experience required of a Practice Nurse. Experience of managing/dealing with the public/patients Willingness to improve and develop the patient experience and patient care pathway Experience of working within healthcare governance systems and understands role and responsibilities for CQC and within risk management Experience of using clinical systems & Microsoft Office software
