About this role
Accountant - Industrial Machinery Division Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records for the Industrial Machinery Division.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Record and monitor machinery purchases, sales, and inventory transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable related to machinery operations.
• Track project costs, machinery maintenance expenses, and operational budgets.
• Prepare cost analysis reports for machinery imports, repairs, and installations.
• Coordinate with the procurement and sales teams regarding machinery transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for the division.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documentation.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks associated with machinery projects.
• Reconcile bank accounts and ledger balances regularly.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Full/Part professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
